3-5yrs FUNdamentals CHEER
This class for ages 3–5 focuses on coordination skills and the foundational elements of becoming a cheerleader. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase what they’ve learned at Flipside’s annual recital. BEGINNER CHEER (6yrs-8yrs) This class teaches cheer fundamentals that help build self-confidence while emphasizing teamwork. Athletes will learn proper terminology and technique in motions, jumps, tumbling, stunts, and chants. They’ll also have the opportunity to perform at our annual recital.” INTERMEDIATE CHEER (9yrs-12yrs) This class is designed for athletes preparing to pursue School Cheer at the Junior High or High School level. Participants will learn what it takes to make their school cheer team, with a focus on safety, proper terminology, and technique in motions, jumps, tumbling, stunts, and chants.
